Built for corporate events, not ticket sales
Most event software is built to sell tickets to the public. Corporate events work differently: guests are invited by name, often with a plus-one, the host needs their dietary and access needs, and senior guests expect a polished experience from the invitation to the front door.
DelegateFlow is corporate event software for exactly that. There are no tickets to sell, no payments to take and no public sign-up pages for strangers to find. Every guest has their own invitation and reply link.
- Invitation-only, with a personal link for each guest
- Plus-ones by name, approved by your team
- No ticket fees or card payments for guests
Everything from invitation to arrival
Import your guest list, design a branded event page and send invitations. Guests reply on one short form with their guests, dietary and access needs, your own questions and, if you offer rooms, the nights they need. It's all covered by event registration and RSVPs, delegate management and accommodation and rooming lists.
On the day, door staff check guests in on their own phones with the QR code check-in app, and arrivals update live for the whole team.

Your brand on every page and email
Each event has its own branded page and emails, with your logo, colours, fonts and imagery, an agenda, speakers, venue details and frequently asked questions. You see a live preview as you design, on desktop and mobile, before any guest does.
- A branded event page for each event
- Editable invitations, reminders and confirmations
- Templates to reuse across your events
One place for everyone involved
Event managers run the event. Colleagues and stakeholders get a reports-only view of replies, rooms and arrivals, so nobody has to send spreadsheets around. Door staff see only the check-in list. Each person has access to the events they work on, and nothing else.

Run it yourself, or have it run for you
Your team can run events in DelegateFlow yourselves. Or, event by event, the DelegateFlow team can run the guest management for you while you follow progress in your reports view. It's the same software either way, so you can switch as your workload changes. See pricing for how this is quoted.
Data protection designed in
Corporate guest lists hold names, employers and sometimes health information. Dietary and access needs are kept separately and stay hidden until someone opens them, every sign-in and export is recorded, and event managers and colleagues sign in with two-step verification. Common questions
What kinds of corporate events is it for?
Invitation-only events where you know who you're inviting: conferences and summits, client dinners and hospitality, AGMs, product launches, awards evenings, receptions, summer and Christmas parties, and internal staff events.
Can we use it for several events at once?
Yes. Each event has its own guest list, branding, settings and team, and you can duplicate an event to reuse its setup without copying any personal data.
Does it sell tickets or take payments?
No. DelegateFlow is built for invited guests, so there are no ticket sales, booking fees or card payments.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests reply in their web browser from the link in their invitation, and door staff use the check-in app in the browser on a phone or tablet.
Is DelegateFlow based in the UK?
Yes. DelegateFlow is owned and operated by Eureka Events Ltd, a London events company, and is designed around UK GDPR.
