Privacy notice

DelegateFlow is provided by Eureka Events Ltd (“we”). This notice explains how we use personal information collected through this website.

If you’re a delegate

If you’ve been invited to an event, the organisation hosting it decides how your information is used and is responsible for it. Their privacy notice is linked from your invitation and RSVP page. We process your information on their behalf and only on their instructions.

Demo requests

When you ask for a demo we collect your name, work email, organisation, phone number if you give it, and anything you tell us about your events. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the demo, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep it for 12 months and then delete it.

Accounts

If you have a DelegateFlow account we keep your name, email address, sign-in security details and a record of significant actions you take (an audit log), to provide the service securely.

Who we share it with

We use carefully chosen suppliers to host and run the service: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in) and Resend (email). They only process information on our instructions. We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising, and this website doesn’t use tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact Eureka Events Ltd. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
